Today was our last full day in 5th class. We were treated to delicious 99s after lunch....eventhough we had ice-cream before lunch too!! We had a great year in 5th class (except for all the homework)! Have a wonderful summer everyone.
The children really enjoyed making their Rice Crispie Buns. They enjoyed eating them even more !!!
Our Lego projects are taking shape! We had to design and build something with a summer theme! We built flower mobiles, fish, boats, lifeguard sea and land rescue buggies & ice-cream vans!!
The Junior Infants have been getting ready for their holidays by making some sandcastles and having picnics this month. The boys and girls used clay to make small beach buckets. On Friday June 17th we went to Turoe pet farm. We had great fun.
Today we did blindfolded painting. We worked in pairs and helped our partner to paint while they were blindfolded. We love the finished product.
Fourth class have been having fun leading up to the end of the school year, with our school tour to Mary I, our Egg Drop experiment and taking a selfie on International Selfie Day!
